These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Ola Surf Maroc.
Ola Surf Maroc reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Participant engagement

By booking a service with Ola Surf Maroc, adult surfers, as well as minor surfers and their parents accept the risks associated with surfing. Minor surfers will be the responsibility of their parents.
The trainee declares to be in good health, able to swim and able to surf. The participant declares that he has no contraindications, medical or otherwise, to be able to practice the subscribed activity. Under no circumstances can Ola Surf Maroc be held responsible for any physical or other consequences.
Each participant is required to have a valid passport.
Each participant is solely responsible for their property. Ola Surf Morocco is in no way responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any customer property.
Each participant must not damage, degrade or remove any object from the beach, other people or the equipment used in the Surf Camp.
Participants are responsible for the equipment used or rented, and damage or loss will be charged (excluding surf lessons).
Ola Surf Morocco is not responsible for the customer’s decision if he decides not to participate in the activities regardless of the reason (motivation, delay, illness, change of travel plan, weather conditions, etc.). Pets are not allowed.
When a participant voluntarily wishes to end their trip prematurely or does not want to participate in part of the trip, they are not entitled to a refund of the cost of the trip or part of it.

Ola Surf Morocco is committed to providing functional surf equipment in good condition. The transport of participants (if using a vehicle as part of the services offered) is ensured in compliance with the regulations in force:
Licensed driver
Vehicle insurance coverage
Respect of the maximum number of passengers
The accommodation used by Ola Surf Maroc is in good condition, you will have all the comfort necessary for a good stay.

Travel insurance
Trip cancellation insurance is not included in the price. However, it is strongly recommended to take out travel insurance before your departure, as well as health insurance and baggage insurance.
These recommendations serve exclusively for the protection of the participant. Check with your insurance company.

Ola Surf Maroc reserves the right to decide if beach conditions, weather or other factors make an activity particularly dangerous, or in the event of a shortage of waves to cancel the activity without compensation. Other activities will be offered.

Prices
The prices of the services appearing on the website are net prices including tax in euros. Ola Surf Maroc reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Reservations

Confirmation of the reservation entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and the waiver of taking advantage of one’s own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
Ola Surf Maroc will communicate by electronic messages the confirmation of the recorded reservation.

Means of payment
A 20% deposit is required to finalize a reservation. This deposit and all payments can be paid as desired:
– PayPal
– bank transfer
– cash on the day of arrival (except deposit)
An invoice can be issued upon simple written request (email).

Cancelation
Please contact us immediately in the event of a cancellation.
The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 30 days before departure, 30% of the total amount invoiced
Less than 30 days before departure, 100% of the total amount invoiced
For group reservations, for each cancellation affecting the number of participants, the total amount charged will be re-evaluated and the customer will receive an updated invoice.

Image rights, personal data and data protection

By registering, you authorize Ola Surf Maroc to use the photos and/or films of your image taken during your internship, for the production of all advertising documents, without financial compensation.
In the event that the customer wishes to object to the use of his image, he must expressly make a written request to Ola Surf Maroc.
Ola Surf Maroc, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
